I had such a positive experience with this company. They are a family owned/operated franchise of Budget. I rented from other car rental companies during this particular vacation on Nantucket and once I got on the mainland in MA. Those companies had so many hidden fees I paid at least $50 more than I was quoted. THIS company was straightforward, convenient, and friendly. They dropped off my car where I was staying on time, had me quickly sign, and I was on my way. Other companies dragged out this process by trying to upsell me different things. Then, when it came time for dropoff, they thankfully reminded to refill the tank and I dropped off the keys in a dropbox. I was charged EXACTLY what I was quoted, nothing more, nothing less. This is how car rental companies should be run. By the way, my jeep was so beautiful I began to want one myself!
