I get packages at least 3 times a month of not more through ups and you'd think they'd get it right by now!? I even have in my "my choice" it states I want packages dropped wether I'm there or not. I even told the rep after I got the info notice that I wanted it left no matter what. Guess what.. they didn't come Monday the 3rd try, I didn't leave my house once didn't even shower and some how some way they came and I "wasn't home" lmfao! Then the rep I spoke to from Yarmouth Ma.. A woman that was rude tries telling me well your suppose to sign the notice if you want it left, blaming me... Ummm it states it your having them leave it with someone under 21or a neighbor not a thing about leaving it when no ones home!?! So disgusted and then in the end she hung up on me before I could find out when that package I've been waiting for since Thursday will be here... So here I am waiting AGAIN! Never again because I will never use UPS.. U PEOPLE SUCK!

#rude. The lady was extremely abrasive and rude. Also she gave me the wrong package. But what choice do you have? It’s not like you can just use a different UPS. There’s only 1!
The posted hours aren't accurate. They are open 9-5 Monday through Friday and 9-2 on Saturday. That was really fantastic to find out when I showed up at 3 on Saturday.
